Most of the work was satisfactory, Other work was shoddy resulting in drains being cemented in and blocked with concrete causing flooding. He continually refused to remedy the work and became abusive by text and on the phone to my wife. His last words to her were "see you in court" A CCJ followed which he has failed to pay! His comment exemplifies the mans attitude completely.
