I had a very good experience with Easy Step Flooring, I found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable and accommodating to my requirement. They were very fast to respond to requests and even sent 6 samples despite normally only sending 3. They were also prepared to respond beyond the normal working day / hours. My product was from their premium range - structural engineered for a 102 m2 project . I looked extensively and did not find a product of this quality elsewhere.

My floor restored by one stop flooring, was finished so beautifully that it looks better than new floor, I really didnt think it would look so beautiful. Initially, I was going to put new hardwood flooring to replace the current oak flooring, but this company is so honest and suggest that they can send their specialist to see if my current floor can be restored. I liked this suggestion and after inspection they said my floor is good and it only requires resanding and relacquering. It saved me lots of money.

I found out about them from Thomson Local, I needed the new wood flooring put in the living room and sanding and oiling on the existing wood flooring in the hallway. I called them up, they gave me very helpful suggestions and very reasonable quotes. Then I decided to use them to supply the flooring, install the new flooring and restore the old wooden floors. It took them about 3 days, they were very carefully about their jobs, finished everything perfectly and didn't leave one single scratch on my walls. Very pleased.

Caution We would advise any potential customers to NOT buy wood flooring from this company if you plan to put it in front of glass doors or windows. We did and it has cracked, discoloured and shrunk causing large gaps and delaminated. They tell us the 25-year warranty is void as it doesnt cover environmental damage caused by the sun making the room hot, so we felt that the guarantee on their website was very misleading as it did not mention this as an exclusion. They cover themselves on their website by recommending the flooring is kept in a temperature of approximately 20 degrees; how is this possible when we have a hot summer and windows? We spent over £2500 with them on their supposed best quality engineered oak flooring and they offered a £200 refund. They also offered an 11% discount if we re-ordered to replace the damaged flooring. However, the environmental damage would not be covered if it were to happen again, so we would probably end up being left further out of pocket yet

I only had a couple of queries, and I dealt with someone called Harry, who was really helpful and was able to help me make an informed decision about which flooring to choose. I have had a good experience with luxury flooring and received all flooring and accessories on time and in great condition. The best part was able to pick a delivery date so I wasn't stuck in the house all week. I would have no concerns to use them again.

We got herringbone laminate for our hall and dining room. A reasonable price and it looks absolutely beautiful. The fitter Jay took 3 days to lay it and was produced and did a great job. Highly recommended

Hands down the worst service i have had, ordered flooring for my house 3 weeks ago and was told it was due in 3 working days, not had one update phoncall to say it was in to be collected, turned up 3 weeks from the order day and was told the pallet had tipped and it was all damaged and didnt know when it would be due in for collection. Service was apauling then tried to blame us the customer for not contacting them.

They should have gone to Specksavers !

I am putting photos of the way my floor was left on Facebook and any others on the internet what a mess my floor is and it was supposed to be done by professionals , I am 73 and I could have done a better job myself , Chris wont even get back to me after saying they would come back today and rectify it . It would have taken half an hour at the most to finish it properly ! What a waste of money ! If i dont hear by tomorrow I will show everyone who s thinking of using them what it looks like , DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS ,
