Received a hand tied bouquet from Katie Peckett florist recently. The bouquet arrived Friday and all the flowers were dead by Monday. no flower food was included. On arrival the bouquet looked sad and the flowers didn't look fresh. Over the years I have received many bouquets but non as poor quality as these. I would not recommend.

I ordered flowers here for my wedding this year. When the flowers turn up on the day, there's no bouquet for my bridesmaid. When we call to get emergency flowers, the lady on the other end is very argumentative and rude. We basically have to beg to get flowers last minute. It turns out this part of the order did not make the order book, although it was confirmed by myself and Sarah via text message. But apparently this is my fault - a nightmare for any bride on her wedding day. This is why I'm giving it two stars, it's not the fact they forgot my bouquet, it was the way it was handled very unprofessional and poor customer service. For the record, my bouquet was very beautiful, but I would never order again from here.
