A cremation service can be religious or non-religious or you may decide to have no service at all. The service will normally last between 30-45 minutes, allowing time for mourners to enter the chapel, hold the service and exit the chapel. If you feel that you need a longer period of time, it is possible to book the following service slot at the crematorium for an additional fee.

Jackson Family Funeral Directors was started early 2018 when Matthew and Laura realised there were only very limited and often expensive choices in the Upton-upon-Severn area. Upton-upon-Severn is a wonderful town full of small independent businesses offering a variety of services. It always makes a service more personal when you can build a relationship, this is often quite difficult when using nationally owned companies. What we hope to do is to be there for the local community, each time a family sees us they will know who we are and know we are there for them during the hardest time of their life. I began in the funeral profession 28 years ago at Phillip Tomlins funeral directors in the Lays in Evesham, until the sale of the business in 2004 to the Co-operative Funeral Care. In November 2017 I bought a new premises, and have continued to serve families in the Evesham area. The funeral service we provide is not part of an International funeral conglomerate or chain.Being an independent funeral director means we can tailor make funerals unique to the individual family. We also offer religious and non-religious funerals, natural woodland burials and a cremate-only service.
