We cannot commend Pidgeon's highly enough for the care they took following the death of my father. The funeral arrangements were carried out in a dignified and respectful manner. All the staff were courteous and kind and their dress immaculate; nothing was too much trouble. Every detail was attended to in a professional manner. The funeral service went without a hitch and the timings were perfect. Their patience and sympathetic approach helped us through this difficult time. Thank you so much.

From the moment I contacted Pidgeons it became apparent that they were a truly caring family funeral director. Everything I asked for was delivered with a service level that I have never experienced from any other sector of service industry. The staff were all Kind, understanding, and most importantly had a confidence in their ability that gave my family and I an absolute trust that everything would be as we wanted it. I recall John Pidgeon saying that they would treat my Mum as if she were one of their own family, and they couldn't have done a better job. All the staff were well liveried, all were clean, all were absolutely fantastic in their care for us. The Cars were either new or were at the very least in showroom condition, absolute luxury Jaguar Limosine. Pricing was clear and unambiguous, I had a quote and was surprised when the bill arrived 2 weeks later and was marginally LESS than I was told it would be, again something I have not experienced elsewhere. Recomend them anytime

I am truly grateful for the exceptional service that Phil Harris from DG atwell provided for my partners funeral so professional,so much care and compassion from start to end .Phil arranged for the amazing celebrant Janine who made a very difficult day a little easier, thank you Phil and the rest of the team you were all truly wonderful and I would highly recommend them .
