Jonathan started off at F. M & J Waits and followed his career by working at a local crematorium. Following the sale of F. M & J Waits Jonathan was approached by lots of local people to open up as they felt Lichfield needed an Independent Family run funeral directors. In 2012, J Howell & Daughters Ltd was established and is the longest established independent funeral directors in Lichfield, now in its second generation.
