We don't normally ask for cash up front as people are waiting for cash from a policy to pay the funeral. The front parlour is where we can make all the arrangements in a relaxed and informal way. When visiting your loved one they are in one of our sitting rooms which lets families spend time with their loved one in a relaxed homely environment. One person will care for you from initial contact through to when you no longer need us. We will advise and help as much as possible be it for parts of the funeral or to access financial help -
