Helpful advice and nothing to much trouble.

We cannot commend Pidgeon's highly enough for the care they took following the death of my father. The funeral arrangements were carried out in a dignified and respectful manner. All the staff were courteous and kind and their dress immaculate; nothing was too much trouble. Every detail was attended to in a professional manner. The funeral service went without a hitch and the timings were perfect. Their patience and sympathetic approach helped us through this difficult time. Thank you so much.

From the moment I contacted Pidgeons it became apparent that they were a truly caring family funeral director. Everything I asked for was delivered with a service level that I have never experienced from any other sector of service industry. The staff were all Kind, understanding, and most importantly had a confidence in their ability that gave my family and I an absolute trust that everything would be as we wanted it. I recall John Pidgeon saying that they would treat my Mum as if she were one of their own family, and they couldn't have done a better job. All the staff were well liveried, all were clean, all were absolutely fantastic in their care for us. The Cars were either new or were at the very least in showroom condition, absolute luxury Jaguar Limosine. Pricing was clear and unambiguous, I had a quote and was surprised when the bill arrived 2 weeks later and was marginally LESS than I was told it would be, again something I have not experienced elsewhere. Recomend them anytime

I cant thank the Heritage enough for the service provided which was seamless from start to finish. Lorna was outstanding in her caring and sympathetic approach and her organisational skills where second to none.Everything was organised for me, from booking the church, organising and printing order of service, booking the registrar, contacting the council regarding the lair, cars, flowers, etc. Thanks to the Heritage all the family had to do was turn up on the day! All the stress to organise a funeral was taken out of my hands which I can not thank you enough for.

I have used B Ince Funeral Directors four times now, for both of my in laws and my parents, I have never considered going elsewhere. The firm hold family values and truly do understand what you are going through. They are there on the end of the phone 24 hours a day. When a loved one has just passed in the small hours, it is so comforting to know that Ince's will be there as soon as they can. I felt that once Ince's had come and collected Mother that she was safe and in good hands. I had placed two roses on my Mother's pillow and nestled a small soft dog toy under her chin. Those items were taken with my Mother's body and were placed inside her coffin with her; the roses in her hands and the little dog by her side. I didn't ask for this - it was just done. My adult children also brought small sentimental items to go in with my Mother. It's attention to these small details that make Ince's so special. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They are polite and professional, but they have understanding and compassion. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The time spent with me sorting out the legalities of a death, organising the Funeral itself, the flowers, any printing required, the charity donations, they did as much as possible for me. It was fine for me to be unsure and change my mind about hymns and music and go back and ask further questions and their advice. They were so very kind and supportive when I needed it the most.

Big mistake using this company,Dads funeral was not what he wanted.

I have used this company for both my parents and have had excellent caring and compassionate service on both occasions and would not hesitate to recommend them to people.
