Staff very courteous, very quick turnaround, I would thoroughly recommend them and will certainly be using them in the future.

Took my BMW for an annual service. Quality work at extremely competitive costs. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Gave my car for new steering pump and door fault. They repaired the fault but received the car back with a dent on the door, wheel caps replaces with older ones. They claimed the air-filer housing was broken and replacing it would cost £200. I checked, it was fine. You have been warned!

Took my car here after a big problem with the engine, the mechanics looked at it straight away. They repaired it the next day, charged a fair amount. Since the repair its been fine!

Whole engine got fixed, they repaired it for me on the same day as requested. As promised they carried it out and did the repair, charge was much cheaper than other local garage quotes.

I had a puncture over Easter bank holiday. I phoned TRS first thing Tuesday morning and spoke to a polite gentleman, who appeared knowledge and helpful, he guided me to take tyre measurements, pleased to hear they had plenty in stock and was asked to pop down and they will have it done in 10minutes! Brilliant. When I arrived I was greeted by Paul who I had spoken to over the phone very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease! Paul introduced to Mark who carried out the change of tyre! They seamed rather busy but I was very impressed despite this they accommodate me and indeed it was done within 10minutes and on way! Overall professional outstanding service I will be returning for any future work needed on my vehicle! Great Job Many Thanks Guys

I have a rare Maserati Shamal & Prestige & performance were recommended to do all the recommissioning & fettling I was worried at first as the car is my pride & joy, but I shouldnt of worried as it is now as new & drives faultlessly Marks attention to detail is superb everything now works on the car lights aircon electronic suspension!! I took my car to Advanced Motorcare for a full service having seen positive reviews online. They did not disappoint. I needed the car back by 3pm and it was done in good time. When I had a query about the invoice they took the time to resolve this over the phone. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Motorcare and I will be using them again in the future.

main dealer level of service at about half the price . why go anywhere else ?

Been here twice for specialist jobs on my Volvo. Only don't go all the time due to distance. First time Adrian advised me to take car to Volvo dealer as repair should be done for free under warranty. He could have not told me this and taken over £1000 for the repair. I'm sure many garages would have! Second time he diagnosed my fault from my email, booked in, done in the day and car back all sorted when other garages weren't able to diagnose the fault properly. Will not hesitate to use again for anything that requires specialist knowledge of the car. Thanks again.

What a complete load of Crap! Phoned for a price on a service& Mot from this Shower 3 days later & numerous phone calls still nothing. A complete waste of Time. Never Again.

Not a good experience took my Mercedes ml a few years ago now granted but still, had a engine service oil and filter and a gearbox service on picking car up oil all over drivers seat , had to tell them to stamp service record and theyd not put enough oil in gearbox, had to go to gearbox specialist in Leigh to sort problem,stay clear

From the first phone call the service was efficient, helpful, clear and concise, very friendly and re assuring. My car was fitted in the next day and turned round quickly. I received a phone call to advise car ready. My phone went to voicemail so they also sent an advisory text. Very thorough in explanation when I picked car up. My mum actually recommend them to me as she'd heard such good things. I was moving from Southampton to Plymouth, but rather than use a local firm I used Dorset Vehicle Rental because of their great service. John went above and beyond to find me the right van, which was 7.5 tonnes, and it was ready and waiting for me on the day.

This was the first time I've used Dorset Vehicle Rentals and I was extremely happy with their service. I hired a car from them and whilst we were loading it found that my mothers wheelchair wouldn't fit in the back. They were so accommodating and swapped the car for a more suitable one and went through all the new paperwork with no bother what so ever. I would use them again in the future and also recommend them for their good service.

I cant praise Dorset Vehicle Rentals enough, I've been using then for the past 20-30 years. They are the only place that hires out a van with a tow bar which is so handy. Every time I go in the staff are always the same people and are brilliant, I think that says a lot about a company if the staff have been their a long time. They are very accommodating at short notice and generally provide a fantastic service. I couldn't recommend them more.
