I had a puncture over Easter bank holiday. I phoned TRS first thing Tuesday morning and spoke to a polite gentleman, who appeared knowledge and helpful, he guided me to take tyre measurements, pleased to hear they had plenty in stock and was asked to pop down and they will have it done in 10minutes! Brilliant. When I arrived I was greeted by Paul who I had spoken to over the phone very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease! Paul introduced to Mark who carried out the change of tyre! They seamed rather busy but I was very impressed despite this they accommodate me and indeed it was done within 10minutes and on way! Overall professional outstanding service I will be returning for any future work needed on my vehicle! Great Job Many Thanks Guys
