Very pleased with my cube set and the quality is excellent. When I unpacked it the glass table top had two deep scratches. Phoned Brooke's to let them know and this is when the problem really began. After endless phone calls and speaking to many different staff I was told to order a replacement glass from a local supplier as it would be to difficult to send from their end. The way in which they dealt with this problem was appalling and I wonder if anything else should happen to this set how good would the ten year guarantee be. Seeing that I had just purchased this set and it took four weeks of endless hassle to sort the problem I dread to think what if something should happen a year or too down the line.

I bought a 4 seater brown cube set and my order was delivered today. Product is very good and delivery staff assemble this product perfectly well for me. They were very understanding and even helped me decide the best location for the set. Very lovely and looks good and push on my patio. I will recommend brooks to anyone looking to buy rattan garden furniture.

I bought the Serena Panama Sofa Set with Storage Coffee Table from Brooks and it has really become our confort corner in the garden. Very comfortable to sit on and the build quality is excellent. For someone who is looking for the most comfortable sofa, this is a very good choice.

Second to none customer service, a great place providing a wonderful service and products. They have everything you need, and if they havent got it, they can tell you where you can get it.

Appalling customer service and shoddy products. Bed caved in after a month of use, and no response from these cowboys. Not even sure they are legitmate company - zero after sales service and rude staff. Avoid. Avoid.

I placed an order with Moda Furnishings, £3000+, I included all my details including my post code, my order was accepted and payment taken. I heard nothing for approx 2 weeks until I got a phone call last Friday evening, telling me that if I wanted my order delivered to Northern Ireland it would cost an additional £400, when they advertise, free delivery within the UK. They said they would reduce the delivery charge to £250, but on principle I refused. When I spoke with my wife she liked the product and said, on this occasion we would pay the additional £250. She spoke with Moda online and explained that we would pay the additional £250, she was told the office was closed but someone would contact us the following day (Saturday), we are now at Monday evening and have heard nothing from Moda. Not only am I disappointed about being misled into believing we would get free delivery but probably more disappointed at Moda not having the courtesy to contact me when we were told they would.
