LET DOWN AND DISAPPOINTED! I contacted this company because it was on the Age UK directory, and as I am in my seventies wanted someone reputable. Carl came to look at the job in January, said he was busy all February with a backlog. I was happy to wait and he said he would text me a quote (he did not want to email). As I had heard nothing or received a quote from him by March, I left a message for him to contact me. Since then I have left several messages on both the company phones, and texted him to no avail. I asked my son, who lives in another part of the country, if he would try and contact Carl. Carl rang him back within hours. At first, he said he didn't know who I was, then suddenly remembered and promised he would ring me later that day. I am still waiting after a fortnight. Why don't people say if they don't want a job? It would save a lot of upset. Now looking for someone reliable.

Came round to look at my garden on the 20th July. Really nice guy with great ideas which really impressed me. Kept chasing him for his quote as I really wanted him to do the work but as of yet have still not received it. I presume he's not interested in jobs for about £2,000 and prefers the higher paid jobs. If your customers have to chase you for your quotation you obviously don't want the work.
