Staff very friendly. Treatment rooms and waiting rooms are small but overall a very good professional service. Plenty of parking spaces in the large car park situated opposite.

I highly recommend these guys - I actually got a puncture whilst travelling down to Wolverhampton. Thankfully I was nearby and they came and replaced my Tyre for me in about 15 minutes. Great price too!

I would happily recommend Dorset Vehicle Rentals, Dorchester, to anyone looking to rent a van, I've used them before and the service was fantastic so I didn't hesitate to use them again. My mum actually recommend them to me as she'd heard such good things. I was moving from Southampton to Plymouth, but rather than use a local firm I used Dorset Vehicle Rental because of their great service. John went above and beyond to find me the right van, which was 7.5 tonnes, and it was ready and waiting for me on the day.

I've used Dorset Vehicle Rentals, Dorchester, previously, so didn't hesitate to use them again as I've always had a good service. This time I rented a van and it was ready and waiting for me when I got there. I'd happily recommend to others as they're a great team. A definite 5 stars from me!

The service is very stress free and easy to use, the staff there are very thorough and are able to supply a vehicle at short notice without any issues. This was the first time I've used Dorset Vehicle Rentals and I was extremely happy with their service. I hired a car from them and whilst we were loading it found that my mothers wheelchair wouldn't fit in the back. They were so accommodating and swapped the car for a more suitable one and went through all the new paperwork with no bother what so ever. I would use them again in the future and also recommend them for their good service.

I cant praise Dorset Vehicle Rentals enough, I've been using then for the past 20-30 years. They are the only place that hires out a van with a tow bar which is so handy. Every time I go in the staff are always the same people and are brilliant, I think that says a lot about a company if the staff have been their a long time. They are very accommodating at short notice and generally provide a fantastic service. I couldn't recommend them more.

Had a groupon voucher to use at this garage, went in not expecting much but I recieved really good service and honest advise. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed, really cool waiting area, loved the free wifi and free drinks!

Returned for follow up check on clutch, great service, would happily return and recommend to others.

Excellent from start to finish. Helpful when choosing in the showroom. What they promised was delivered. The fitters were an excellent team. It was a more complicated job than it first looked (because of our quirky old cottage) but they carried on with good humour, and persevered until the job was finished. They cleaned up before they left, took away the old fire and packaging etc, they made sure we were happy and satisfied, and knew how to use the stove. We were extremely impressed by the attention to detail, the high level of customer service and would not hesitate in recommending them. Top class.Thankyou. We are now sitting in front of our lovely new stove.

Terrible after sales service. The fire that turned up was not what we ordered & when I phoned to query it they said the supplier must have changed the design, no apology or other explanation. I have problems with the fascia not fitting correctly & the main ceramic base cracked within 2 weeks. I had problems getting to speak with the owner or the installation engineer who is related to the owner. The gas safe certificate never arrived and turned out not to be registered despite twice being told they had done it. Each time I asked for this I was fobbed off until I said I had contacted Gas Safe directly. They will not come back out to fit a new ceramic base & keep fobbing me off saying the part is on order & there is no stock "due to Covid". I contacted the UK supplier myself & they have stock. They apologised for the faulty part or any faulty fitting. The shop and fitter have never apologised at all for any of the issues. The shop owner is dismissive & arrogant on the phone. Bad service

I was very impressed with The Fireplace & Stove Centre, I used them to fit a new fireplace and electric fire and found they did everything they said they would in the agreed time. The staff were very polite and professional and gave great advise on other matters. They kept disruption to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again if needed and would without a doubt recommend them.

I drive past The Fireplace And Stove Centre nearly every day and one day decided to stop and go in as I was after a new fireplace and fire. From start to finish I was so pleased with everything they did for me. The staff were so knowledgeable and what I was after and gave me such good advice. When they arrived at my home they saw I didn't have a topper for my chimney soo put one of those on for me and installed my new fireplace. Everything went smoothly, they arrived on time and tidied up after they were done. This was my first time using them and I would highly recommend them to anyone as I'm so pleased with the work they did for me.

I've always got my tyres from here for years but today's experience has left me totally disgusted and I will never be returning...my mot was due and i knew my drivers side rear tyre was needing changing so i went to Victoria tyres and asked them to change that tyre and check all the others. i was advised the front passenger was low but the others were fine so i gave the go ahead for the front passenger and the rear drivers side to be changed. I then went to my mot only to be told my rear driver had failed as it was below 1.6mm...i rang Victoria tyres to be told they'd swapped the front drivers to the rear and put the new tyres on the front both sides, funny no one explained that to me when it was done and I find it quite hard to believe!

No appointment necessary, dealt with immediately on arrival, swiftly and competently. Service first class and you can't say that about many places these days.

Took my BMW for an annual service. Quality work at extremely competitive costs. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Gave my car for new steering pump and door fault. They repaired the fault but received the car back with a dent on the door, wheel caps replaces with older ones. They claimed the air-filer housing was broken and replacing it would cost £200. I checked, it was fine. You have been warned!
