A range of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom flats, houses and bungalows are available to rent, within a 15 mile radius of Cardigan. The majority of properties are offered unfurnished but some are available either furnished or part-furnished. The tenancy will be a 6 month Assured Shorthold, which can be continued. Rent is required monthly, in advance throughout the tenancy. A bond (equivalent to one months rent is required) which will be held by the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme).
