Glass Merchants in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire

I wouldnt recommend using Hond and Langer services. We didnt even end up using them thats how bad they are! After numerous phone calls and call backs I never received from them after them telling me theyll get back to me the same day - they had no recollection of my details or them visiting the house after measuring up and speaking to us personally. We called them for assistance on the 2nd September 2017 and now we are the 17th October 2017 and still window is not repaired!! Although they sounded great over the phone their services say differently. They lost the glass they had supposedly ordered for the job then found it but then they wanted to start again and remeasure! They are not professional at all and clearly not reliable! Terrible service and am disgusted it has taken this long to get somewhere!

in the last week This is the worst experience I've ever received from a supplier, the process of reinstalling the windows for our house was a disaster. For the original installation they quoted two days and took four, there were multiple dents to furniture and chips from walls, scratches to our wooden floor and dirty handprints everywhere. I've had them back three times to fix issues and there's still an outstanding windowsill that they've failed to come back and fix. All money is required upfront, leaving you no control over service, id urge you to choose a different supplier.

Made us some glass panels and they got the wrong size and we ended up paying for something that doesn't fit. Wouldn't refund our money wouldn't trust this business again .. bad work
