Very helpful first class service at a reasonable price.

Leaking toilet night before I was going on holiday Graham came round twice, disconnected the toilet, then visited when I was away to repair. Explained the problem, did everything he said he would and tidied up behind him. Fair price also.

We've used Alpha a couple of times over the last few years. They used to be a decent company to deal with but lately they are unfortunately not. We had many issues on our latest project (all due to products supplied by Alpha). Simon, the owner, couldn't even be bothered to come out and see for himself the issues we had. We still to this day haven't resolved these issues but we will have the last laugh. I wouldn't use Alpha again. They're too concerned on making as much money as they can and not customer service anymore unfortunately.

Booked a taxi from this company from the Bull at Bisham, lady agreed a fare, and no show. I needed a car to a bus stop in Marlow. If the journey was too short why on earth does this company say they are a taxi company. It seems that most taxi companies in Marlow are greedy and charge too much for fares

Really bad, booked with disabled needs explained this was assured of help, but the drive refused any assistance - so mean spirited - what a horrible company

Paid for group booking gave them a tip in advance big mistake driver miserable & wanted more money give Gilbert a wide berth.
