Hire and Buy is a family run business that has been established for over 30 years. We offer a tool hire facility of all types of equipment for building, gardening, decorating and plumbing to name a few. We also offer a servicing and repairs facility for any of your own tools that require it. We stock a number of tools for sale but if we don't have it in stock we can order it for you. If you can't get to us we can get to you with our local delivery service. If you're not sure of the tool you need to get a job done or you don't know what the tool is called you can call us because we do!

The company was formed by Jamie Dougan and wife Angie when Jamie became bored working for a FTSE 100 builders merchant and the couple wanted to return home to West Wales. Jamie's wealth of experience buying anything from cement to computer systems and everything in between means that we have the contacts to procure products at the right price FOR YOU.
