Hetton Community Pool and Wellness Centre boasts a brand-new 25m swimming pool and learner pool, sauna and steam room, wellness Centre and exercise studio. The pool has something for everyone, with lanes for swimming, aquafit classes and swimming lessons for people of all ages and abilities for all ages. Your physical and mental well-being are important, so be sure to come and unwind at our Wellness Centre. The centre also offers group exercise classes and kids parties too, while we've also got a great range of group exercise classes to choose from and table tennis facilities too.

Raich Carter Sports Centre just outside Sunderland plays host to an array of different activities to help keep the local community happy and healthy. Firstly, there's the 50-station gym that's equipped with all the latest cardio and resistance equipment. Elsewhere in the centre, there's a 25m swimming pool in which we host a variety of aquatic activities, including our award-winning swimming lessons, while our sports centre offers a range of activities that include badminton, netball, basketball and five-a-side football. Furthemore, we also have a range of group exercise classes to choose from, as well as an outdoor astroturf pitch.

More than just a swimming pool, Sunderland Aquatic Centre offers a huge range of fitness and activity options. Alongside the 50m main swimming pool, which can be split into two 25m pools, there is also a diving pool, while the main pool also plays host to the fantastic fun Atlantis Adventure Mega Inflatable every weekend. The centre also boasts and enormous 140-station gym, as well as a variety both virtual and instructor-led group exercise classes that cater for all ages and abilities. Furthermore, kids can also work off that extra energy in our fantastic fun soft play area.

Be ready to enjoy a multitude of different activities here at Silksworth Community Pool, Tennis and Wellness Centre. Here, you can take advantage of our 120-station, state-of-the-art gym, our swimming pool, which hosts a number of different activities. These include our award-winning swim lessons, as well as a huge range of group exercise classes, ranging from intense group cycling sessions, to more relaxed Yoga classes. We also have eight indoor and 10 outdoor tennis courts and are affiliated with the LTA. Silksworth also boasts a health suite, alongside a cafe, while we also host kids' parties as well.

Houghton Sports Centre and Wellness Centre is right in the centre of Houghton Le Spring in Sunderland. It's is perfect place to visit to reach your health and fitness goals. The sports hall provides a great range of indoor and outdoor activities including first-class gymnastics, basketball, badminton and martial arts facilities. There's also a dance studio where we host a range of group exercise classes, meeting rooms, indoor bowls and a skate park. There's also an ultra-modern gym that features all the latest equipment. Furthermore, the outdoor 3G pitch can be used for rugby, football and athletics too.

This brand-new centre was opened in 2015 after an £11m investment and it has everything you'll need to stay active. It includes a state-of-the-art 63-station gym, as well as a 25m swimming pool that, along with its two flumes, also plays host to our award-winning swimming lessons, among other aquatic activities. We also boast a full group exercise programme, a sports hall that plays host to a number of activities - including five-a-side football and badminton - as well as two squash courts. Kids can enjoy our soft play area too, while adults can relax in our health suite after their workout.
