1999 I left my home in Richmond Yorkshire where Lewis Carroll's genius was first discovered and embarked on a quest to find the ultimate blend of tea. After 10 years of painstaking research I developed a combination of Indian and African teas which produce a unique richness of colour and exquisite depth of taste.
