Reliance properties? They were having a laugh when they came up with that name. The most unreliable, uncaring, unscrupulous bunch of people I have ever had the misfortune to come across. I would NEVER EVER rent a property through them again, and would advise no one else to use them. It was horrific. No heating, damp, no one took my complaints seriously. Honestly just the worst letting agency I have ever experienced. Unfortunately I couldn't give no stars, but I would have liked to.

It is beyond me how these guys are still in business and why people rent from them. They are extremely rude, patronising and think they are better than everyone. They ask ridiculous questions about salary. They pester and are only interested in money. WORST AGENTS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. VERY HIGH APPLICATION FEES ALSO

Rude, sarcastic and unprofessional service. Slow to deal with issues and extremely defensive when we reported issues to them. Would definitely not recommend.
