F.P Guiver & Sons Ltd was established around 1900 by Frederick Parker Guiver, and remains one of the few family owned Independent Funeral Directors in the Southend-on-Sea Borough. We have been at 641 Southchurch Road, Southend on Sea, SS1 2PN since the late 1920âs, generating a wealth of experience in local knowledge and traditions. In recent times we have been privileged to extend our services to a wider community and have such taken the decision to make ourselves more accessible by opening additional offices with a full range of services available at 416 Rayleigh Road, Eastwood, Leigh on Sea SS9 5PT and 52 Ashingdon Road, Rochford SS4 1RD. Being independent gives us the flexibility to give a more personal and bespoke service arranging funerals of all religious denominations or non-religious funerals. F.P. Guiver & Sons are long standing members of the National Association of Funeral Directors and the National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors and adhere to both Codes of Practice.
