• I have just moved into my property and thought best to change all of my locks for security. I called first thing in the morning and was asked what time would vest suit me. I requested after 1pm due to handover and the locksmith was at my property by 1.30 with a courtesy call before. The job took only 15 minutes but was carried out professionally with some good advice on extra security as well. I would highly recommend using Keytek

• A very responsive company, they were able to get someone out within 90mins of my enquiry for a fair call out charge, locks were a bit on the expensive side but I was happy to pay for the peace of mind. The locksmith was professional, always encouraged me to try each lock after he had installed, friendly and so efficient. If you need a reliable locksmith company these are well worth considering.

• The customer service gentleman was very helpful, arranged a call out for later that day. Liam (who came out) was very polite, friendly and efficient. He explained what the problem was, what had caused it and soon had it fixed.

• The barrel of the lock on our patio doors was defective and needed to be changed urgently. The locksmith came promptly and fitted the new part quickly without making a mess. I would definitely recommend them.
