i called coventry locksmiths on a sunday i couldnt lock my door and they came straight away and fitted me a new lock great service

Made a spare copy of the key for my gate, good price and friendly service, very quick too.

Needed a quick change of a door lock. The contact and booking process was prompt, customer services rep was courteous and I was kept updated about the time of visit. The technician was there in time and went about his business promptly replacing the lock, giving good advice about operation/ replacement/ warranty. Just be mindful that at booking you'd be told that there would be no call out charges (which is correct) and the labour charge rate (excluding parts) is per hour or a part there of. Mine took just 30 minutes but was charged at full hour which I was ok with but just something to keep in mind. I would utilise their services again and recommend them for good quality of service.
