A very thorough, professional & friendly service. Call handler was very helpful. Clearly explained charges. And that they'd call 10 mins ahead of the technician arriving, which they did. The technician (Sabin) arrived on time as arranged. I had a faulty lock which the technician carefully dismantled and fixed. Explaining what he was doing. I would definitely use again.

I have used Arvco Locksmiths (Rob) twice in the last 12 months for two separate issues with my UPVC door. On both occasions I had a turn out at very short notice (with one turnout within a couple of hours of my call and also between scheduled jobs) On both occasions he completed the work professionally. I would highly recommend and hopefully I won't require his services for a while but as and when I do I will be calling him first.
