A very thorough, professional & friendly service. Call handler was very helpful. Clearly explained charges. And that they'd call 10 mins ahead of the technician arriving, which they did. The technician (Sabin) arrived on time as arranged. I had a faulty lock which the technician carefully dismantled and fixed. Explaining what he was doing. I would definitely use again.

I was struggling to find a company that would replace an old handle for the upvc door, told I would have to replace the whole door. I called Rick and sent a picture to him. He assured me that he could find the correct handle for the door, it's just obsolete and will need a bit of research. Two days later he had one and installed it for me. Definitely went above and beyond to help out and it's really appreciated!
