The technician (Sabin) arrived on time as arranged. I had a faulty lock which the technician carefully dismantled and fixed. Explaining what he was doing. I would definitely use again.

I have used Arvco Locksmiths (Rob) twice in the last 12 months for two separate issues with my UPVC door. On both occasions I had a turn out at very short notice (with one turnout within a couple of hours of my call and also between scheduled jobs) On both occasions he completed the work professionally. I would highly recommend and hopefully I won't require his services for a while but as and when I do I will be calling him first.

We were unsure who to call after losing our keys whilst shopping but found Ricks number online and gave him a call. Within 30 minutes we were back in the house and had our lock changed just in case. Highly recommended locksmith in an emergency!

I was struggling to find a company that would replace an old handle for the upvc door, told I would have to replace the whole door. I called Rick and sent a picture to him. He assured me that he could find the correct handle for the door, it's just obsolete and will need a bit of research. Two days later he had one and installed it for me. Definitely went above and beyond to help out and it's really appreciated!
