Mini Cabs in UK

Useless Minicab service. Pre booked and prepaid the night before for an 8am collection. I was told the driver would call when they arrived. Next day at 8.05, no call, no cab. I call the office who say they put the call out but no driver has taken it up. I ask why they hadnt called me to tell me that, since now I have no taxi. They apologise for lax service and say nobody is on the way. I ask what Im supposed to do, they say I can wait but there is still no driver responding. I cancel the car. What a pointless service, I could have gone through the same charade with Uber or Bolt, at least they tell you when there is no car available rather than leaving you hanging and if they do actually show up are substantially cheaper. The Keen Group are totally unreliable, I wouldnt use this service again, especially not for airport or hospital appointments as you will definitely not make it on time. Basically a service charging you over the odds for something they cannot deliver. Dont bother.

Hmm, definitely not to be trusted as it seems there's some suspicious activity going on with members of this company, but doesn't surprise me as there's always been question marks over mini can companies.

Terrible service . Unreliable..called me just before pick up to say they were going to be late . One journey for a hospital appointment, the next one to catch a train . Luckily Uber bailed me out both times . Will not use them again.

Probably the worst cab company I have ever encountered. A friend of mine ordered a cab on 13th March. She is Chinese and had some luggage. The controller asked her whether she wanted a saloon car or an estate car but she doesn't know the difference between the cars. She told them what luggage she had, a price of £12 was quoted, the cab arrived, the driver put all the luggage into the car and started the journey. During the journey he was asking her very personal questions about how long she had lived in her flat, how much rent she pays and whether she gets any government support. Then halfway into the journey he suddenly told her that the price has increased to £17.50 because she had too much luggage. If she had too much luggage then why put it into the car in the first place? Why not tell her when he arrived. He then drove her back to her flat, dumped all the luggage onto the pavement and called her "f***king Chinese" and gave her middle finger gesture. She was so upset and traumatise

2 days agoNEW Had a taxi booked with clockwise to pick up a special package and deliver to East London, 2 days in advance they rang me to cancel that booking at 21.40pm the night before, and used the excuse of the the cycle ride that was happening on the day his exact words were "its impossible to get to you".... from Beckenham to city airport. After a quick check on the ridelondon website it clearly states 29th of May Rotherhithe tunnel, m11, m25, a406, A13 all open as usual.!! Obviously they don't want to do the booking, and are to gutless to be honest, the guy was rude and when I rang back and explained you can make they lady was clueless. Unreliable taxi service avoid using this company, especially if you require reliability and honesty. Because they have neither!! Pathetic!! If I could give zero stars I would. Stick to uber !!!

Fantastic service, prompt and reasonable pricing

Excellent service great rates too, I had a wheelchair vehicle adapted very well, the driver was helpful polite and drove the vehicle well. Best service we've had ever! Keep up the good work.

I've been a loyal Clock House cars patron for years, however in the last 6 months I've been growing steadily more and more dissatisfied with their "service." A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specifiy a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up- I have had surgury on my leg and have no hope of leaping up into one of those juggernaughts. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

I have used cannon cars to the airports and local runs over this year they are always on time and have never let me down I would just like to say they are Amazing

Not sure if I have the right company but the gentleman was not rude, patient courteous and the gentleman was quite courteous at the end of the ride he asked me to do him a favor. I enjoyed the service and The View. And I I would like to say thank you.

I WOULD URGE NOT TO USE! Late is an understatement! Waited well over an hour 75mins in FACT when told driver would be within 30mins ! Absolute joke of a service!:

We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

They are always late. They are always rude. The drivers are rude and the staff at the office are rude. They showed up 25 minutes late for my kids' school run today. I said I should not pay for such massive delay. The driver became rude and asked me to get off the cab with my kids as young as 1.5 in the middle of the road. Im not using Cannon Cars anymore thats for sure. There are loads more cab companies here with better friendly service.
