   • Probably the worst cab company I have ever encountered. A friend of mine ordered a cab on 13th March. She is Chinese and had some luggage. The controller asked her whether she wanted a saloon car or an estate car but she doesn't know the difference between the cars. She told them what luggage she had, a price of £12 was quoted, the cab arrived, the driver put all the luggage into the car and started the journey. During the journey he was asking her very personal questions about how long she had lived in her flat, how much rent she pays and whether she gets any government support. Then halfway into the journey he suddenly told her that the price has increased to £17.50 because she had too much luggage. If she had too much luggage then why put it into the car in the first place? Why not tell her when he arrived. He then drove her back to her flat, dumped all the luggage onto the pavement and called her "f***king Chinese" and gave her middle finger gesture. She was so upset and traumatise

   • We were let down in an urgent situation by this cab company. At midnight 03/03/16 I called for a taxi to come and pick up my boyfriend to go to the nearest hospital A&E. After giving my post code and town, they said the cab would be 10 minutes, without even asking my name, destination, how many people etc. I thought this was odd so I stopped him before he hung up and said the journey is to the hospital and how much would it be, also informing him we needed the cab as soon as possible. He told me £9, fair enough. 20 minutes later I called back after no calls back or taxi arriving. For the second time the man answered with a barely audible 'Wallington'. He told me the taxi was 1 minute away. I asked did he need my name or street name, he said no they will just call me. He didn't sound confident, nor did he convince me it was actually a cab company. 30 minutes later, no cab. My partner was in so much pain by this point we had to call an ambulance out. No taxi arrived, no call.
