    • We found Elite Mobility Ltd online and they were also local. We needed to buy my mum a wheelchair that needed specific dimensions due to her lift. I spoke with Tyrone who took all the details. It took 2-3 weeks for us to have the perfect wheelchair and Tyrone suggested a pressure cushion as mum sits in the wheelchair all day. We could only take delivery on a Wednesday which was arranged with no fuss. On delivery the wheelchair was demonstrated together with the cushion and they didn't leave until mum was ok with everything, in fact we needed to get an extra strap and that was ordered and delivered within 3 days. Since the wheelchair has been delivered everything has been perfect. Elite Mobility have been unbelievable from the initial call to delivery and after care. I wouldn't have any hesitation in using them again and to recommend them to anyone. A 5 star service from a 5 star company.

    • I was out on my scooter and unfortunately it stopped working, it would go for a bit and then stop, we weren't that far from the Elite Mobility Ltd, Bristol, shop and managed to limp there before it konked out completely. They were very helpful in the shop, they had a look at the scooter and it was the battery that had gone flat and water had got in somehow. They dried it out and put it on charge for me and it worked fine. They also noticed that a cap was missing from where you plug it in to charge some they gave me something to cover that as well. They even came back with me to make sure it didn't happen again. I'd definitely use them again, a really good service.
