Chris replied to my call for help when I could not stop the alarm going off after having some electrical work. Chris came out the same day and resolved the issue. Brilliant service, I would highly recommend him.

Has looked after 4 of our dogs for the last 11 years. Shes kind, knowledgeable and extremely sensible when it comes to treating oldies. Weve had 2 say good bye to 2 of them and shes handled it brilliantly. On top of all this shes really fair with prices. I wouldnt use anyone else.

On the 15th July 2016 we had to have our 16 year old cross collie put to sleep. I chose Mrs Bendelow as I had visited her once before. She arranged a time between opening hours so the surgery was empty, welcomed us personally and made a fuss of the dog. She talked us through the whole process and encouraged us to cuddle and stroke our dog. Once the deed was done she gave us time to say goodbye and didn't rush us out of the door. She made an awful experience more bearable.
