We have a team of two fully qualified osteopaths, who have all completed a four-year degree in osteopathy and are registered with the General Osteopathic Council our regulatory body GOSC. At the Osteopathy & Wellbeing @CT6 clinic, our aim is restore proper function by reducing any postural strains or imbalances through hands-on treatment returning the body to an optimal state of health and well-being. This is done using a variety of techniques, which include gentle muscle stretching, soft tissue massage, joint articulation, spinal manipulation, dry needling (acupuncture) and electrotherapy. We also offer advice on how to improve your posture and prescribe appropriate exercises that can help speed up your recovery.
