I recently had the outside of my semi-detached 1930's house painted for the first time. The job was completed in a very professional manner by Shaun and his staff. Considering a few months earlier I had had a year's old almost complete covering of climbing Hydranga removed from the outside walls (Private Property - Oxford City Council Contractors ) which had attached itself to the original roughcast. This, subsequently, required a small amount of filling in a few areas, also carried out Shaun (SGD Decorating and Property Services ), which, before that was done, they applied a special sealant to the walls, before they could start applying the coats of Sandtex They provided everything with regard to safety and treated my property well at all times, including my Daughter's lovely front garden. I am very pleased with the finished article, completed in good time and considering the amount of work involved, I considered it an excellent Investment, at a competitive price,highly recommended

Shaun Dalton did a very complicated internal decorating job for us on April 24th through to April 27th. A furniture maker had built a structure with many apertures to house a television, record player, amplifier CD, DVD player. There is also housing for many hundreds of 12' vynal records with the remainder spaces given over to bookcase. There are several openings for wiring the electronic equipment. Mr Dalton did a magnificent job and the result is an imposing part of our sitting room painted in satin wood. He was not phased by all the protruding wires hes a real perfectionist and highly recommended. P & W Stephen's Wolcercote Oxf9ed.

“ Mr Shaun Dalton painted the outside of my end of terrace house and its railings during the very hot days beginning on 6 August. He arrived at 7.00 am and 5.45 am (twice) and worked with an assistant until about noon each day until the sun became too hot. He organized for scaffolding to be put up on the Monday and this was taken down on the Wednesday after the eaves had been painted. He finishes the painting on his own on the 4th day, arriving about 6 am. He has done an excellent job and I am delighted with the appearance of the house. He was very professional and pleasant, and I am very glad to recommend SGD decorating & property services.

I have always done my own decorating but I had my kitchen to fit and decorate as fast as possible and needed professional help. I had seen SGD working nearby and could see the quality of their work. I spoke to Shaun and he agreed to paint our kitchen windows and 2 bedroom windows and fit it around the other work that was going. He was excellent all round in terms of workmanship, efficiency and quality of finish. Shaun is very personable, flexible and trustworthy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend SGD.
