• Efficient, friendly, brought a personal touch to the process as Paul himself visited our flat to troubleshoot possible access issues and discuss how best to secure our delicate items for safe transit, as well as making notes of how best to approach our storage locker located a few miles away. Paul offered us packing materials (as wed underestimated!) and was even happy to refund any that were unused. Suffice it to say nothing was too much trouble, were even willing to disconnect and reconnect our washing machine, patient and considerate at all times..they have been firmly recommended to friends and family!

• Paul was a personable person to deal with and with the ever changing date for completion he was more than accommodating in the stressful situation The team were polite, considerate of our belongings and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They were patient with the delay getting the keys to the new property. Nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure to do business with and highly recommend to anyone!

• Rob WilloughbyAfter 15 months, we finally moved to our bungalow in Ockendon, and through a strong recommendation from a very good friend, we chose Pauls Removals. The long time to move was difficult and we had several "Completion Dates" with many tentative bookings with Paul that kept getting cancelled, but through it all, Paul was very supportive and understanding and accommodating. Come the day of the move, Paul and his team turned up just before 8:00 with 3 vans and 4 staff and they worked tirelessly, friendly and politely until all was loaded. Once complete off they drove to wait until we got our keys for the new property. I finally got out keys about 3:00, called Paul and his team were at our new residence waiting for us to arrive. They then of course unloaded very promptly and with great care. Their care of our property was excellent and we were impressed with the many "Soft envelopes" they brought to cover our b

• Highly recommended Fantastic removal company - from the quote to communications throughout whilst a date was being fixed for completion. Our moving day was pain and stress free and despite torrential rain the four men that were with us all day kept smiling and were an absolute pleasure to be around. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to family and friends
