I most certainly would not have them do a job on my property They laid a tarmac drive for a neighbour across the road, they Used a picker on a small digger to remove the concrete, at one point they were picking up massive lumps of concrete with the digger then dropping them on the ground to break them up the houses were shaking, they should have broken the concrete into small pieces with the picker first. they knocked the neighbours wall down and there were cracks down the wall in other places which they refused to accept responsibility for, a skilled tradesman would have cut down the concrete with a skill saw adjacent to the wall, before breaking it up , on the plus side they did rebuild part of the wall, but my neighbour told me they refused to acknowledge they had caused cracks further on

I would not use them again, they ripped up my concrete drive by removing massive chunks with a digger, then threw it to the ground to break it, they should have Jack hammered it into smaller pieces , the whole house was shaking, they cracked a dividing wall because they couldnt be bothered to skill saw the concrete adjacent to it before taking up the concrete

After being fobbed off for many weeks and lack of communication we decided to go with another company. Office staff are rude and the customer service is seriously lacking.

Requested a quote several months ago. Advised them several months ago that the work had been authorised. Spoke to the same person who gave quote on his mobile. He passed me off to the office, only to be met with a very rude and ignorant female, who clearly does not enjoy her job. Long story short I went to another company, several months ago who came and did the job within a week. Several months later I get a call from D Haigh, asking about the drop kerb, ( same rude female as before) I advised said work was carried out several months ago. Same rude woman replied, "YOU COULD HAVE LET US KNOW" before hanging up on me. You snooze you lose. Terrible service.

Raised patio with retaining walls and back filled to replace existing raised decking. Shayne Jones is so refreshing. He answers his phone and agrees to visit and quote promptly. After discussions he works out a quote straight away and sticks to it. Shayne and all his team are polite, friendly, professional, always approachable and a pleasure to do business with. We were kept informed at all times. The job was started on time and finished within days. We would recommend them and will use them again.

A professional and efficient tidy up of a very awkward garden. Everything was taken away and the area was left spotless. I was consulted continuously to ensure it was being done to my liking. Great communication from a very charming man!

Very happen with the work carried out by Shane as his team words cannot describe How thankful I am to them for taking a tree down which many companies would not do I would recommend This company and team to anyone thank you guys

Shane and his crew did a great job removing stubborn ivy which had invaded the roof of our house, everything was explained and carried out to a professional standard. Good job lads, would recommend.

Not happy with thier work at all. After 1 year, ground sink .The boss is cowboy . Ignore the 5 stars, as its done by his friends. One star too many. Untrustworthy.

Totally satisfied with the work carried out and service provided by( T&R paving Ltd) Simon and his team. The work involved replacing the roof to a very high standard.

I was very happy with the new patio put in by T&R Paving Ltd. Tom came round to our house and gave us a free quote then was able to book the job in a couple of weeks later! Great timing as the end of the summer. The team needed to lift a Wendy house and quite a lot of garden furniture off an existing (rotting) decking but they did it! Once the decking was gone, they identified a problem with the damp course at the back of the house and set out my options to treat it (which they also did). They cleared the old wooden decking we bought with the house (and all the rubbish which someone had dumped underneath it). They then put the new patio in, including a new brick feature flowerbed. All in less than three days (Thursday to Saturday). The team were able to meet our needs including helping to move furniture back onto the new patio a couple of weeks later. They used quality materials and ensured proper drainage. I wanted a quality job for a family home and they delivered - thank you!

I don't even want to give this company 1 star. There work is shabby & like other people do not want to come back to remedy there shabby work. Avoid like the plague.

have had a few construction works and recently plumbing done by this firm. very reliable, reasonable rates, workmanship of a very high standard. Would strongly recommend to anybody

Great stuff!! Not too expensive and he got the Work done on my driveway in a good timeframe and it was completed to a very high standard. Absolutely chuffed. Already booked him in for next summer to level out my back garden lawn.

Overcharged my elderly nan, and then when called to come back to rectify said theyd come back but still no show!

Ive just had AC Paving & Landscapes to install a patio for me. They were AMAZING. Hardworking, polite, efficient, extremely good at what they do and totally professional. Im now saving up to have them back. Couldnt recommend them highly enough and Im picky !!

Alex and his team have done a superb job of blockpaving my back garden even putting in a small ramp for my mobility scooter, everything was taken into account without me even having to ask, very friendly bunch of chaps would definitely recommend them .

We saw Alex and his team's work when they were working on our neighbours drive and we were very impressed, so had no worries on using him to do our patio at the back and a new driveway. Work was done quickly with removing concrete and rubbish off site and the areas were always left clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Absolutely delighted with our driveway. Alex and his team were hard working, polite and most importantly extremely professional. The team worked extremely hard, were courteous at all times and at the end of each day tidied up the area. Alex ensured we were happy at all times and kept us informed at each step.
