I've used Riverside Caravan Services for the last 2 annual services and found them to be very accommodating, efficient and friendly. Offering an evening drop off and collection to fit in perfectly with my schedule / after rush hour. I was new to towing caravans last year and I found they helped answer all my questions and worries prior to booking with them and hitting the road for the very first time. On arrival to the garage, I was treated with respect and helped with my first reverse park and how to safely unhitch my caravan. The services are throughout, value for money, and you get a full written report on collection. This year 1 day before I was due to set off on holiday my submersible water pump seized up and I called the garage for help and within an hour I met him at the garage, and he replaced my pump at 7pm in the evening. I highly recommend Riverside Caravan Services.

Called up to book a test drive. When I got there the car was buried at the back of lot. Had to agree a part ex deal on my car before they let me drive. Came back the following day, test drove the car and when I said I had to go away and think about it the dealer had a right go at me for not buying the car on the spot and accused me of wasting his time! Don't know how as I was the only customer there both days I visited them? Never going there again.
