I am highly disappointed and very angry. Nick and his colleague carried out artex removal on all the ceilings in my house. They damaged my television which isn't repairable. After admitting that it was their fault and agreeing to replace the television, it has now been three weeks and they are now ignoring my calls. I now have to fork out for a new tv. Poor service and untrustworthy.

The kitchen in our house when we first bought it was the compromise with the ideas of turning it from a dull Oakey badly designed 'kitchen' to our dream kitchen. I had seen their vans about and more so at a neighbours so asked if she recommended them and she couldn't say a bad word. We contacted Jonathan for a quote who came out the next evening and had the quote to us before that next day. Even after asking friends who are builders (only) for quotes ESBP hands down were the most affordable. Jonathan, Luke and John turned up every single day bright and early, and worked solid for at least 10-12 hours a day barely leaving to grab any lunch. Not only was the work done promptly, it has been executed to the highest standard.
