After trying to contact two other '24 hour emergency plumbers' at 11.40pm last night - neither of whom answered their landline or mobile - I was very relieved when John answered his phone straight away. He told me how long it would be before he arrived (25 mins) and what his charges would be. He fixed the problem - he had all his equipment and spare parts on his van. He was friendly and professional and I would highly recommend him. Thank you.
