Identified the issue quickly and kept me informed throughout so I knew exactly what the cause was and how it was remedied and all done very quickly.

I was kept informed consistently of the time of the arrival of Karim. He was super friendly and explained everything to me, he diagnosed the issue with my boiler and we discussed future steps that would improve the efficiency which I greatly appreciate.

He is extremely approachable and doesn't make you feel silly when you try to describe the problem to him he asks lots of questions and is very efficient in getting the problem solved! He is also exceptionally clean and tidy and always uses dust sheets so not to make a mess anywhere. He is very honest and will let you know the exact issue so you don't spend money unnecessarily.
