After using them for a couple of years for gas certificates and all emergency and planned maintenance for our properties, we had a new shower fitted and a completely refurbished Aga, on their recommendation. The shower never worked properly, and the Aga promptly went out again and wouldn't relight, which was exactly the original problem. They came back a few times and acknowledged that they were at fault, but then stopped responding to all calls, texts etc. These two jobs cost over £1500, and we have had to write both off after a year of pestering, have just had another new shower fitted and are looking for someone who knows what they are doing. Customer care worthy of Watchdog!
