Mark recently sent out one of his employees as i had no cold water inthe kitchen tap. He changed the tap heads they worked i payed there and then cash plus tip. when i went to use the taps which is a mixer tap i saw that the blue indicater for col water was onthe hot tap and vise versa. i told Mark over several days 16 in fact but reluctant to come out and change, the principal here was i payed for the job to be done and it was not . so i went on you tube and did it my self i was needing a quote for a bigger job to be done on my property but after this i will not be asking Mark. i am apensioner with full facualties but others may not and as a health and safety issue this was not good.
