Please be aware of this unreliable plumber. He quote one price on the phone then charged double when he did the job. He said he did something extra so need full payment. In fact the work was not complete at all. He promised he would come back to fix the thermostat control when we have it free of charge. Once we paid him, he changed his attitude. We contacted him after a week and he said he had to charge again if he comes back to fix the thing he promised. So be aware!
