I have used ken for years he is honest and a very experienced plumber wouldn't use anyone else. Recently had him back to fix boiler which he did quickly and on time.

Arranged a time - waited for specified appointment, didn't arrive, bad attitude, and fitted item that was not required. Overcharged. Arranged annual visit and never returned. Would not recommend

This was not a straight forward repair it required 3 visits and 3 spare parts Ken was determined to fix it before the weekend as he knew we had been without heat for 2 weeks.
