We have had 5 so called plumbers in 4 years,non sorted the problem.we looked for a heating engineer and luckily got the right one .from start to finish turned up on the dot carried out the work that he knew needed repair ,nothing more .knew his stuff and gave us info about condensation we needed to know about too.richard did an outstanding job and I will be recommending him to everyone I know.his prices are very reasonable.

As a returning customer , Richard came to swap a broken shower pump and whilst here we asked about swapping out a temperamental shower which my husband had been looking at switching. Richard highlighted possible issues wed have with the swap wed planned and provided a better solution so once the new shower he recommended arrived he popped back to fit it for us. Punctual and polite. Weve used DPH before and will certainly use again.

Our house recently flooded in Fishlake Doncaster causing problems with our oil boiler. Direct plumbing attended as soon as the water receded and managed to get the boiler working again. They are coming back in a few weeks to change it but top marks for getting it running long enough to start drying the house out. Thank you very much Richard.

We have just had a new commercial boiler installed at our business. I was in charge of facilitating the change and Richard was professional from start to finish. It started with the quotation which was highly detailed and listed every aspect of the work to be completed. A date and timescale was agreed and the work was carried out promptly. We did have other quotes but were most comfortable with Direct plumbing & heating as the system they offered the most efficient and suited us best. The whole building 40+ radiators have never worked so well and we have individual controls for each area (3). A big thumbs up from everyone here for everything that was done !!!

Called Richard on Wednesday when our boiler broke down, he came out 09.00 the next day we needed a new boiler as the old one was 37 years old. Richard came back the same day at 17.00 hrs and installed the new boiler for us. Excellent service and I wood highly recommend his work.

Direct Plumbing & Heating Services were called out as our hot water tank was leaking through the kitchen ceiling. As we thought the tank was irreparable but the advice was excellent. A new tank was fitted by Richard as an emergency job the next evening. Top marks, Thank you.

Outstanding service, installed a new central heating in our house. Combi boiler, 14 radiators and all pipework completed in 2 days - impressive. Everything worked first time with no call backs. Worked well in conjunction with other trades (builder/joiner). Big thank you.

Fantastic service, completed an emergency boiler change for my Grandad. Called Richard on Wednesday and he was able to order the boiler and complete the job Thursday evening. He even worked late to get it all working the same day. My Grandad was over the moon as heating wasn't a problem at this time of year by he needed the hot water. Would defiantly recommend. Thank you

We needed to upgrade out boiler to a new combination boiler. Out old back boiler gave up and we decided to get it changed. We called Direct Plumbing as they give free written quotes. Richard attended and his knowledge of boilers and different systems is exceptional. We opted for a Baxi Eco Blue with a 10 year guarantee ( cant complain at that !! ). Our new boiler was speedily fitted with little upheaval and the old back boiler removed. Thanks Direct Plumbing ***** Edit ..... My parents are also now having their boiler replaced by Direct Plumbing

We accepted the quote and a couple of weeks later the work commenced. As we only had 1 toilet we were concerned that we would be without but we were assured that we wouldn't, and they were right. The bath was swapped the same day so we were not without that either. Overall extremely happy, everything went according to plan and our new bathrooms is amazing !!! Thank you
