Kirk has dealt with all my plumbing requirements for several years now......troublesome taps, urgent replacement of leaking radiators, installation of a new boiler and radiators and boiler servicing. He is always extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, if it's a matter of urgency he always attends at impressive speed, and even if it's something really minor I know I can rely on him to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

We were very pleased with the professional service and explanation we were given when we required a new gas boiler. The work was completed to a very high standard in a very short time and with minimal mess. The house has never been so warm and we cannot believe how quiet the new boiler is.

A & E Plumbing & Heating have been working with us for 10 years. He is extremely approachable and doesn't make you feel silly when you try to describe the problem to him he asks lots of questions and is very efficient in getting the problem solved! He is also exceptionally clean and tidy and always uses dust sheets so not to make a mess anywhere. He is very honest and will let you know the exact issue so you don't spend money unnecessarily. Shaw's installed a new combi boiler and carried out a power flush of the hot water system at our home. They were excellent at explaining all the options and answering all of my queries beforehand and gave us clear quote for the work. We have been incredibly pleased with the quality of the work all around and the overall results. They were polite, punctual, had lots of advice when asked, were very tidy and clean. The engineer was incredibly hard working and was able to finish the job earlier than planned despite having to sort out a few complications during the work and working around us. I would definitely recommend Shaw's to anyone who needs a trustworthy plumber who won't mess you about. Far better than various others we have used in the last few years.

Fantastic service, called to ask to investigate a leak in the flat below. Had a quick visit and the leak was found. Short term advice given and an attractive quote for a new shower. When the work was booked it was completed quickly!

We have had 5 so called plumbers in 4 years,non sorted the problem.we looked for a heating engineer and luckily got the right one .from start to finish turned up on the dot carried out the work that he knew needed repair ,nothing more .knew his stuff and gave us info about condensation we needed to know about too.richard did an outstanding job and I will be recommending him to everyone I know.his prices are very reasonable.

As a returning customer , Richard came to swap a broken shower pump and whilst here we asked about swapping out a temperamental shower which my husband had been looking at switching. Richard highlighted possible issues wed have with the swap wed planned and provided a better solution so once the new shower he recommended arrived he popped back to fit it for us. Punctual and polite. Weve used DPH before and will certainly use again.

Our house recently flooded in Fishlake Doncaster causing problems with our oil boiler. Direct plumbing attended as soon as the water receded and managed to get the boiler working again. They are coming back in a few weeks to change it but top marks for getting it running long enough to start drying the house out. Thank you very much Richard.
