Had water leak from the block stop on the radiator. Arrived in 30 mins, workmanship is fantastic, price was even better, top man will definitely be using paul for any more plumbing jobs, thankyou paul for a top job.

Kirk has dealt with all my plumbing requirements for several years now......troublesome taps, urgent replacement of leaking radiators, installation of a new boiler and radiators and boiler servicing. He is always extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, if it's a matter of urgency he always attends at impressive speed, and even if it's something really minor I know I can rely on him to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

We were very pleased with the professional service and explanation we were given when we required a new gas boiler. The work was completed to a very high standard in a very short time and with minimal mess. The house has never been so warm and we cannot believe how quiet the new boiler is.

Work commenced on time in a professional manner; all tools and excess neatly tidied away at the end of each day, wouldn't know that they had been round. Efforts made to ensure that hot water available every night throughout. Minor issue towards the end was sorted out quickly with no quibbles and kept well informed at all stages. Mark was here within the hour of our call to help us with a blocked toilet at our work premises. He was friendly, genuine and gave advice with regards to an issue he couldn't help us with. Would definately recommend and will use him again in the future.

Called Mark out to repair a burst pipe on a Saturday night. Turned up within the hour and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Excellent service from a real gentleman. I could not recommend Mark highly enough.

Just a simple toilet blockage after all, yet he came over straight away even at the distance and cleared it up without a hitch. Knows what he's doing. Great service and nice guy aswell let alone great price.
