LDA, I can praise this company enough and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review. Started off finding a slow leak in my bathroom. Everything soaking wet. I called several different companies who would not return my calls. Lee was very professional took my details. Got back to me an hour later as working at that time, made an appointment, came round, found the leak and problem. Got the parts, fixed in with in a short period of time. The cost was extremely reasonable, considering the work that this entailed. Being a women on her own with an elderly mum, I cant tell you what a relief it was to find genuine company, that care and put you first. Also had problems with the boiler to which Lee sorted over phone call late in the evening, so we had heating and hot water back on. A company thats genuine. Highly recommend.

They were extremely helpful when we called to report our broken heating system and leaking pipes. He came within the hour even on a Sunday fixed the problems right away. Very professional.

Paul came at the agreed time and sorted out my blocked shower drain. It turned out to be a tougher job than i described to him but he managed it with a smile and tidied everything up too!

Work commenced on time in a professional manner; all tools and excess neatly tidied away at the end of each day, wouldn't know that they had been round. Efforts made to ensure that hot water available every night throughout. Minor issue towards the end was sorted out quickly with no quibbles and kept well informed at all stages. A & E Plumbing & Heating have been working with us for 10 years. He is extremely approachable and doesn't make you feel silly when you try to describe the problem to him he asks lots of questions and is very efficient in getting the problem solved! He is also exceptionally clean and tidy and always uses dust sheets so not to make a mess anywhere. He is very honest and will let you know the exact issue so you don't spend money unnecessarily. Kirk has dealt with all my plumbing requirements for several years now......troublesome taps, urgent replacement of leaking radiators, installation of a new boiler and radiators and boiler servicing. He is always extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, if it's a matter of urgency he always attends at impressive speed, and even if it's something really minor I know I can rely on him to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

We were very pleased with the professional service and explanation we were given when we required a new gas boiler. The work was completed to a very high standard in a very short time and with minimal mess. The house has never been so warm and we cannot believe how quiet the new boiler is.
