Paul came and did a professional job mending our leaking pipes. He was friendly and explained everything. However, he had to attend an emergency before our appointment, he forgot to ring and say. We called he apologised, and arrived soon after that. Brilliant job thanks.

Lance is lovely and professional. Hes our “go to” plumber in the area after having moved to Suffolk from London. Hes fairly priced and quick with his work. I couldnt rate him more highly.

We have had 5 so called plumbers in 4 years,non sorted the problem.we looked for a heating engineer and luckily got the right one .from start to finish turned up on the dot carried out the work that he knew needed repair ,nothing more .knew his stuff and gave us info about condensation we needed to know about too.richard did an outstanding job and I will be recommending him to everyone I know.his prices are very reasonable.

As a returning customer , Richard came to swap a broken shower pump and whilst here we asked about swapping out a temperamental shower which my husband had been looking at switching. Richard highlighted possible issues wed have with the swap wed planned and provided a better solution so once the new shower he recommended arrived he popped back to fit it for us. Punctual and polite. Weve used DPH before and will certainly use again.

Our house recently flooded in Fishlake Doncaster causing problems with our oil boiler. Direct plumbing attended as soon as the water receded and managed to get the boiler working again. They are coming back in a few weeks to change it but top marks for getting it running long enough to start drying the house out. Thank you very much Richard.

Work commenced on time in a professional manner; all tools and excess neatly tidied away at the end of each day, wouldn't know that they had been round. Efforts made to ensure that hot water available every night throughout. Minor issue towards the end was sorted out quickly with no quibbles and kept well informed at all stages. Kirk has dealt with all my plumbing requirements for several years now......troublesome taps, urgent replacement of leaking radiators, installation of a new boiler and radiators and boiler servicing. He is always extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, if it's a matter of urgency he always attends at impressive speed, and even if it's something really minor I know I can rely on him to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

We were very pleased with the professional service and explanation we were given when we required a new gas boiler. The work was completed to a very high standard in a very short time and with minimal mess. The house has never been so warm and we cannot believe how quiet the new boiler is.

Shaw's installed a new combi boiler and carried out a power flush of the hot water system at our home. They were excellent at explaining all the options and answering all of my queries beforehand and gave us clear quote for the work. We have been incredibly pleased with the quality of the work all around and the overall results. They were polite, punctual, had lots of advice when asked, were very tidy and clean. The engineer was incredibly hard working and was able to finish the job earlier than planned despite having to sort out a few complications during the work and working around us. I would definitely recommend Shaw's to anyone who needs a trustworthy plumber who won't mess you about. Far better than various others we have used in the last few years.

A & E Plumbing & Heating have been working with us for 10 years. He is extremely approachable and doesn't make you feel silly when you try to describe the problem to him he asks lots of questions and is very efficient in getting the problem solved! He is also exceptionally clean and tidy and always uses dust sheets so not to make a mess anywhere. He is very honest and will let you know the exact issue so you don't spend money unnecessarily. Mark was here within the hour of our call to help us with a blocked toilet at our work premises. He was friendly, genuine and gave advice with regards to an issue he couldn't help us with. Would definately recommend and will use him again in the future.

Called at 11.30, came out within 30 mins and fixed the job in under 20 mins. Great service and great price too. Called Mark out to repair a burst pipe on a Saturday night. Turned up within the hour and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Excellent service from a real gentleman. I could not recommend Mark highly enough.

Just a simple toilet blockage after all, yet he came over straight away even at the distance and cleared it up without a hitch. Knows what he's doing. Great service and nice guy aswell let alone great price.
