Our boiler was leaking badly and beyond repair so we needed to invest in a new boiler. Tom gave us a really good quote for a range of options, explaining the pros and cons of each and the installation process, and sent the different quotes through the same day. He fitted the new boiler on a Friday as we were keen to have everything set up by the weekend and ensured everything was in working order and warranty docs etc were signed before finishing. We had opted for the Nest thermostat which Tom knew how to instal and set up, which he talked us through afterwards, and even discarded our old boiler for us.

I put my job on website and had a call on next day. Tom is very efficient and skilled i would say. He gave me resonable quote and gave me a date with my conviniance. He was on time and finished his job quickly. He showed his I D card in first place which shows his professinalisum. I m sorted with any plumbing job for next few years. I will difinately recommend.
