    These have a great website but that's where it ends. Twice over the past year we tried to use these. We telephoned and they never pick up, they never replied to many voice messages and they never responded to emails sent from their site. We wanted a bathroom refit and a pump for the heating and a power flush, obviously they have enough work so why don't they just say so instead of having a couple of pensioners (us) chasing them and waiting for calls and emails which never happen. So unprofessional and discourteous.
