The plumber who came round to work on the pipes under the sink made a bit of a mess, but it only took 5 minutes to clean up and the job he did for us was fantastic so really I dont mind at all.

Every other plumber I had called led to an all-day waiting game, and sometimes they never showed. This was not the case with Martin - he arrived within five minutes of the time the customer service representative gave me. I rarely believe a plumber that says all of my homes plumbing need replacing, but after having had Mick work on my property several times before I definitely believed him when he said it was time to do a complete overhaul of the pipe system. He quickly created several estimates based on types of pipes and my budget, as well as the style of my property and level of water usage. So thoughtful.

Martin is a plumber willing to go the extra mile to keep his customers happy and safe. Even though we had only called about a few leaky taps, he found that the pipes below the sinks were also leaking and fixed those during the same service appointment. Very thoughtful. Good job

Matt, the worker Expert Plumbers sent out after my call, was perfectly knowledgeable and helpful during his visit. He made sure to address all of my concerns and talked me through what has to be done to replace the broken pipes below my kitchen sink, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
